Dr. Michelle Echols, DSW, LCSW, CADC, earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky in May of 2022 and her Doctor of Social Work degree in May of 2023. Services provided by Dr. Echols include teens, couples, substance use, and family therapy. As a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, she offers various substance use workshops for the community. It was only natural for her to become a YMHFA instructor and begin providing free trainings to her community through grant funding. Dr. Echols is focused on community wellness and self-empowerment. As a self-proclaimed “Wellness Broker,” Dr. Echols teaches people how to leverage their time and actions to improve their overall health and well-being. Dr. Echols is the founder of Eight Dimensions Wellness Center in Ferguson, MO. 8DWC provides accessibility to all things wellness. In addition to providing therapy and running the wellness center, Dr. Echols enjoys conducting corporate training sessions and participating in workshops/community forums to fulfill her commitment to service.
