Julie Schilz, BSN MBA, is a Senior Director at Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC). Julie leads PCDCs Integrated Care, Federal, and Financial Resiliency portfolios. She leads projects on integrated care delivery, chronic disease model implementation, value-based care models, primary care investment, and Medicaid and Medicare program implementation. Before PCDC, Julie held several executive leadership roles with community, provider, and payer organizations, developing and implementing strategies focused on value, delivery system reform, and primary care transformation. Julie has dedicated her career to developing innovative, multi-stakeholder solutions in health care and communities that are person- and family-centered, with a focus on equity. Julie has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and holds an M.B.A. from Regis University. Julie serves on the Center for Professionalism and Value advisory board. She serves on the Kids First Health Care board.
