Rikki Harris is the Chief Executive Officer of TN Voices, a nonprofit mental health service and advocacy organization. Rikki holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a master’s in Christian Education. Rikki is an Ambassador for Americans for Ibogaine and a member and former chair of the TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Policy and Planning Council. TN Voices has been advocating for access to effective and affordable mental health and substance abuse services since 1986. Rikki has centered her entire 20+ year career in behavioral health after losing her grandfather to suicide as a young child, and later navigating the mental health and substance use treatment system with several close family members who battled severe and persistent mental illness and opioid addiction. Today she advocates with her loved ones in mind by growing services and supports for people in TN along with trainings and consultation services to other states. Her goal is to help ensure the system is fully funded and efficiently utlized by offering the most effective treatments for people with behavioral health needs. In 2025, Rikki was named a Titan 100 leader in Nashville. In 2024, TN Voices won the USA Top Workplaces award for being in the top 25% of companies. She has won multiple awards in TN and Texas for her roles as a leader, advocate, and collaborator. She hosts and produces the “CAN+DID” podcast. She is a four-time finalist for Nashville Emerging Leader Award, nominated top three for Center for Non-Profit Management’s CEO of the year, and given a Healthy Hero award from Amerigroup TN. She was awarded 2024 Alumni of the Year from the Psychology Department of her Alma Mater, Mississippi College. She has led TN Voices through significant growth and expansion. Her husband, Clay, is also a mental health leader and entrepreneur working on mental health solutions for positive impact on society. She is a first time author with her book "The Power of Perspective" releasing in September of 2026.
