Aaron (she/her) is a licensed clinician and supervisor providing individual counseling to residents of Texas. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in self-compassion, self-acceptance, and mindfulness-based practices, supporting clients in developing greater awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.
In addition to her clinical work, Aaron is a National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and regularly offers mental health education within her community. She is also a certified end-of-life (death) doula and volunteers with Hospice Austin, providing compassionate support to individuals and their families before, during, and after the dying process.
Aaron lives in the Austin, Texas area with her wife and their puppy monster, Supernova. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, discovering amazing food, and seeing her favorite bands perform live.
