Lisa Dwyer is an experienced behavioral health leader with a strong background in healthcare administration, operations, and quality management. She currently serves as Director of the Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) Program at Riverside Community Care, where she oversees partnerships with fourteen Accountable Care and Managed Care Organizations, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, the Department of Mental Health, and several community-based affiliates. In this role, she manages contractual, quality, and financial performance requirements, sustaining more than $6 million in annual revenue and driving measurable improvements in care coordination.
Previously, Lisa served as Operations Coordinator for Riverside’s BHCP, where she developed workflows, streamlined reporting, and supported program-wide standardization of best practices. Her earlier career includes leadership in corporate quality management and business development, equipping her with strong skills in process improvement, data analytics, and cross-system collaboration.
She holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Science from the University of West Florida. In addition to her professional work, she is active in community service, supporting local food security, children’s programs, and veterans’ initiatives.
