Judy LeDoux is a certified paramedic with nearly two decades of experience in EMS in Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. As a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor with a specialization in Law Enforcement, Corrections, and Fire/EMS communities, Ms. LeDoux has provided training to thousands of first responders across the Commonwealth. Her work is dedicated to empowering public safety professionals through education, resilience-building, and mental wellness advocacy, grounded in evidence-informed practice.
