Susan Ballard is a seasoned behavioral healthcare leader with over thirty years of diversified experience in Ohio’s system of care for youth and families. Susan has a proven track record of driving positive results in client clinical outcomes and achieving providers' financial goals. She is known for her ability to procure innovative and collaborative partnerships, build robust relationships, and influence stakeholders. Currently, Susan serves as the Senior Director of Programs at the Ohio Children’s Alliance, where she provides overall leadership to ensure optimal impact of Alliance programs.
