Erika Hastings is the Senior Director of Quality, Compliance & Information at The Guidance Center, where she also serves as the agency Compliance Officer. With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, clinical services, and organizational compliance, she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen data collection, program evaluation, and grant reporting while fostering interdepartmental collaboration and continuous improvement.
Erika holds a Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies from SUNY Fredonia. As a Certified Health Care Compliance professional and a Licensed Professional Counselor, she combines clinical expertise with regulatory insight to advance quality care and ethical practice. She has also taught graduate-level counseling courses, sharing her knowledge with future professionals in the field.
