Quality Director
The Guidance Center
Bradford, Pennsylvania
I serve as the Quality Director at The Guidance Center, where I lead efforts to uphold and advance high standards of care through robust quality and compliance practices. I hold multiple certifications in quality management and regulatory compliance, equipping me with the expertise to ensure our organization consistently meets and often exceeds state federal and local standards. My role is centered around accountability, continuous improvement, and client-centered care.
The Guidance Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and a recognized Trauma-Informed Care Center, actively participating in the North Central Trauma-Informed Care Initiative. These designations reflect our commitment to delivering integrated, trauma-responsive services that promote healing and long-term wellness. In my position, I oversee the compliance department, where I am directly involved in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance processes, regulatory adherence, staff training, and audit readiness across all service areas.
Beyond internal operations, I am also deeply engaged in collaborative and client-focused initiatives. I chair our agency’s Client Advisory Committee, ensuring the voices and lived experiences of the individuals we serve are reflected in service planning, quality improvement efforts, and organizational decision-making. Additionally, I represent The Guidance Center on the county-wide Collaborative Board, which brings together a network of community organizations to encourage partnerships, resource sharing, and innovative solutions to community needs.
I am also responsible for leading client satisfaction and engagement strategies, working to ensure that feedback mechanisms are meaningful and that actionable insights are used to improve care. Through regular quality meetings, we focus on key areas such as early detection, incident reduction, and enhancing overall client experience. These efforts help us proactively identify and address service challenges before they become larger issues, ensuring safer and more effective care delivery.
My passion lies in building systems that not only meet compliance requirements but also support lasting, positive outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve.
