Colleen Gallagher brings more than 38 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field, including 31 years with Devereux. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, including Teacher, Education Director, Coordinator of Training and Development, Senior Organizational Development and Learning Manager, and currently, Talent and Career Development Director. In this role, Colleen leads the development of the Devereux ASCEND Career Accelerator Program, designed to recruit and retain team members while supporting their growth, expanding their capabilities, and advancing their professional development—all in support of delivering high-quality programs and services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University.
