Rachel Hand is the Associate Director of Community Engagement on the Research Team at Fountain House. Fountain House is a clubhouse - a type of community-based organization that provides psychosocial rehabilitation for those with serious mental illness. She holds a Social Work license (LMSW) and a Master of Public Health (MPH). Rachel's expertise lies in participatory research methods, which include people with lived experience in the research design and process. Over the past four years, she has co-led research with Fountain House members and has supported data collection and analysis for the Recharge Station, Fountain House's novel street outreach program.
