Jim Richter is licensed in Indiana as a mental health counselor. He holds an MS.Ed in Counseling and Counselor Education and an Education Specialist Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the School of Education, IU Bloomington (IU-B). He is also a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. Jim is entering his 27th year at Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center in Indianapolis, where he serves as director of clinical services. Jim is licensed as an mental health counselor in both Indiana and New Mexico. When not engaged in mental health work, Jim is a nationally recognized mandolin educator.
