Kathryn "Katie:" Dilley, LCSW-C, is the Chief Executive Officer of Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. a regional local behavioral health authority, serving the Behavioral Health Administration, Maryland Department of Health, representing Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot counties. Mid Shore Behavioral Health is a 501(c)(3) located in Easton, Maryland, that is responsible for the planning, systems management, quality monitoring, capacity development, and oversight of the Publicly Funded Behavioral Health Systems. Dilley is the an appointed member and Chair of the Maryland Behavioral Health Advisory Council, appointed member of Commission on Behavioral Health Care Access and Treatment, appointed member of the Maryland Statewide Steering Committee on Behavioral Health and the Justice System, Co-Chair of the Local Jurisdictional Priorities Workgroup, Chair of the Behavioral Health Coalition of the Eastern Shore, and member of the Maryland Behavioral Health Coalition. Dilley held leadership positions in behavioral health in the District of Columbia, Austin, Texas, and New Orleans, Louisiana. Dilley has a passion for her career of service to the community and has special crisis intervention and behavioral health systems development. Dilley is a native of Maryland, a graduate of Tulane University with an undergraduate in Psychology, and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science in Social Work.
