Mid-Erie Mental Health Services, Inc. dba Endeavor Health Services
Buffalo, New York
Meredith Surdel, LMHC-D, is a seasoned behavioral health leader with over two decades of experience in program development, crisis services, integrated care, and recovery-oriented rehabilitation. Early in her career, she developed the Site-Based Mentoring program for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie County, creating opportunities for children to connect with supportive adult mentors through schools. She later served as a Children’s Crisis Clinician at Howard Center in Vermont, where she provided crisis intervention and co-developed the Safety Net Program for families impacted by incarceration, collaborating closely with the legal system. Meredith’s expertise in Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) began in Rochester, where she served first as a Clinician and later as Clinical Supervisor. There, she supported the people we serve in achieving their life role goals through intensive rehabilitation and recovery-focused interventions, gaining deep insight into how PROS can integrate multiple disciplines, foster skill development, and improve long-term outcomes. Upon returning to Buffalo, Meredith managed Endeavor Health Services’ HOPE Treatment & Counseling Center, an innovative integrated care program combining behavioral health and medical services. Today, as Director of Clinical Services at Endeavor Health Services, Meredith oversees outpatient clinics, community-based programs, and intensive rehabilitation services.
