Jeannie Wigglesworth serves as the Carelon BH CT Quality Director of the Behavioral Health Homes, and Carelon BH CT's lead for the Administrative Service Organization for the Connecticut statewide Behavioral Health Homes. Jeannie has been with the initiative since it's launch ten years ago, and has continued to develop and lead the analytics and vizualizations that enable integrated whole person care. Jeannie has worked closely with state partners, providers and members to help drive positive outcomes and ensure the success of the Behavioral Health Homes.
