Kaitlyn came to REN with a deep understanding and passion of the challenges people face when transitioning back into society from the criminal justice system. Kaitlyn has become a passionate advocate for re-entry support and second chances. Her work reflects a commitment not only to organizational excellence but also to creating pathways of hope and opportunity for individuals impacted by incarceration. As the Chief Operational Officer (COO) at REN she is able to draw on her leadership skills and personal dedication, she has championed programs and initiatives that address mental health challenges and substance use, ensuring that people receive the compassion, resources, and guidance they need to rebuild their lives.

As COO, Kaitlyn looks forward to continuing to lead with integrity and purpose, proving that strong operations can go hand-in-hand with empathy, advocacy, and lasting impact on the recovery community.
