Dan Quinn received his Master’s of Social Work degree from Simmons College and his Master’s of Business Administration from Western New England University. Dan recently completed advanced training in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare: Fundamentals and Applications at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology xPro program. He is a licensed social worker in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania. Dan is the Vice President of Healthcare Integration at Innovative Care Partners, LLC (ICP). ICP is a Community Partner company created by three community mental health centers in western Massachusetts. This company provides data-driven care coordination services with a goal of improving health outcomes and reducing cost of care for a complex care Medicaid population. In his role, Dan designed an integrated data analytics platform in collaboration with a data analytics vendor. Using data from this platform to drive care coordination services, ICP has succeeded and thrived in a value-based, pay-for-performance payment system.
Dan is a frequent speaker on topics including health care reform, integrated care, social determinants of health, health equity, and using AI-powered analytics and data-informed methods to improve program design, improve health outcomes, and reduce total cost of care for a complex care population.
