Kimberly Fisher, LICSW, is a seasoned behavioral health leader with over 20 years of experience advancing clinical services, system integration, and organizational strategy. She currently serves as Chief Behavioral Health Strategy Officer at Riverside Community Care, where she drives strategic initiatives, program innovation, and quality improvement across the continuum of behavioral health services.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has overseen large-scale system transformation, including the development of new service lines and implementation of statewide initiatives. She is recognized for her ability to blend clinical expertise with strategic vision, fostering collaboration across stakeholders to expand access, equity, and excellence in care.
Her professional journey includes senior leadership roles across inpatient, outpatient and community-based settings serving those with substance use and mental health disorders throughout the lifespan. Kimberly is also a dedicated mentor, educator, and advocate, having designed training curricula for clinicians, recovery coaches, and leaders in behavioral health.
Kimberly received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance and Psychology from Boston University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her young son and experiencing live music whenever possible.
