Jenny Baldwin (she/her), LMSW, PMP serves as a Senior Program Coordinator and Co-Director of Early Childhood initiatives at the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health (TIEMH) housed in the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin. Baldwin has over 20 years of experience working with various social services programs supporting families with young children, families of children with special healthcare needs, survivors of human trafficking, refugee families, and at-risk youth in Texas and abroad. Some of these roles include nonprofit leadership, project management, leading community-based and statewide initiatives, direct service, and grant leadership. Baldwin earned a Master of Science in Social Work and bachelor’s degrees in history and journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified Project Manager Professional through the Project Management Institute. She holds certificates in Nonprofit Management, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation, Parents as Teachers, and Triple P, among others. She believes that compassion and collaboration lead to long-lasting, positive change.
