Dr. Paul Thomlinson is a licensed psychologist with specialties in organizational, clinical, and experimental psychology, and is the Executive Director of the Compass Health Research Institute. He earned the BS degree in Psychology & Sociology from Southwest Baptist University, the MA degree in General/Experimental Psychology, and the PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both of the latter from the University of Southern Mississippi. Subsequently, Dr. Thomlinson completed a post-doctoral re-specialization in Clinical Psychology and holds the license to practice as a psychologist in the state of Missouri. He has been on the faculties of several universities and graduate schools, including Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and Missouri State University. He manages his stress by playing guitar and singing in rock bands in the Kansas City and Springfield MO areas.
