Jessica assumed the role of CEO at Lighthouse in September 2016. Under her leadership, Lighthouse's annual budget grew from $9 million to $55 million, significantly enhancing its staff and capacity to serve. This nonprofit community health center serves nine rural counties in southern Oklahoma.
Before joining Lighthouse, Jessica served for 12 years as the Executive Director of Ardmore Village, a nonprofit senior residential community in Ardmore. She has also been an active member of numerous local and state-wide boards. She currently serves on the boards of the Arbuckle Boy Scouts of America and Mercy Hospital of Ardmore.
Jessica is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, Class XXVI, and Leadership Ardmore, Class 13. She is a member of the Ardmore Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow. In 2013 and 2014, she was recognized as one of the 50 Women Making a Difference in Oklahoma by the Journal Record.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1993 and practiced law in Lubbock and Dallas, Texas for nearly a decade. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology (1989) and a Master's degree in Criminology (1990) from Florida State University.
Jessica and her husband, David, have a seventeen-year-old daughter, Teddy, and two lazy cats. She enjoys home improvement projects, listening to audiobooks, and running into friends at the grocery store.
