Greg is the Assistant CFO for the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services ("Medicaid") within the New Jersey Department for Human Services. Greg has worked for NJ Medicaid since 1991. Since 2012, he has managed the Office of Reimbursement, including Medicaid financing pertinent to Hospitals, Hospice, and Home Health services. Greg has been part of New Jersey's CCBHC implementation team since the start of the demonstration in 2016/2017. His expertise and experience spans CCBHC cost reporting, quality bonus payments, outlier threshold and process development, Medicaid claim processing, and calculation of required quality measures.
