Luciana Beltran is the Mobile Response Team Program Director at The Village South in Miami-Dade County. In this role, Ms. Beltran is responsible for overseeing Mobile Response Team operations.
Prior to assuming the Program Director role, Ms. Beltran served as a clinician with Banyan Health Systems, where she supported older adults through group therapy and intakes and offered individual and family therapy to children within residential level II treatment. In 2018, she joined the Mobile Response Team through the previous provider as the Program Manager, where she was responsible for responding to crisis calls in the community and assisting with daily operations. In 2023, she was promoted to Program Director with the contract moving to WestCare/The Village South.
Luciana Beltran received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University and obtained a Master of Counselor Education from Florida International University.
