As Chief Operating Officer for Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN), Trisha Zizumbo provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s operations, programs, and services. A key member of the executive leadership team, she plays a vital role in advancing OCHN’s mission, goals, and long-term vision. Trisha also represents OCHN through active participation in local, state, and national workgroups focused on improving behavioral health systems and community well-being.
Since joining OCHN in October 2018, Trisha has built strong partnerships with providers, county leaders, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and service delivery across Oakland County. Prior to her current role, she served as OCHN’s Director of Training and Justice Initiatives, where she led impactful programs such as the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT), Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM), and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) workgroup.
Before joining OCHN, Trisha held leadership and public health roles with the Oakland County Health Division, Oakland County Children’s Village, and Ionia County Health Department. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) and holds a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Education and Spanish from Central Michigan University. She is currently pursuing studies in Organizational Leadership at Oakland University.
Trisha also contributes her expertise as a board member for Leadership Oakland and as a member of the Central Michigan University Public Health Advisory Board.
