Dell Anderson is the Executive Director of Renew, Grant County’s behavioral health department in Washington State, where he is leading an organizational transformation to expand access and strengthen care. He is a licensed mental health counselor in Washington and earned a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Heritage University in Toppenish, WA, following a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Utah State University in Logan, UT.
He has held numerous leadership positions, including Vice Chair of Thriving Together North Central Washington (NCW), representative for Grant County on the Opioid Abatement Council and Diversion Center Panel, and graduate of the 2025 Baldrige Executive Fellow Program.
His professional background includes direct clinical practice, supervisory positions, and executive leadership. Before joining Renew, he directed a community behavioral health center within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), advancing the integration of behavioral health and primary care.
Beyond his professional work, he values time with his family most of all. He is a proud husband and father and finds his greatest joy at home.
