In Stories of Hope: A Value-Centered Approach to Storytelling, Joseph Green, storyteller and CEO of LMSvoice, introduced storytelling as a tool for connection and healing. Stories of Hope Level Two: Value-centered Storytelling for Organizations builds on this foundation and expands storytelling from individual narratives to organizational practice. Designed for behavioral health leaders and accessible to newcomers, this session explores how to gather and use stories from those served, the work of service, and staff lived experience. Participants will learn how storytelling supports culture change, fundraising, internal alignment, and morale, and will leave with practical strategies to implement immediately.
