Global Leadership Exchange is a unique international collaborative that focuses on improving mental health and substance use services. It is a collaboration of investing member countries and organizes systems for international innovation sharing, networking and problem solving across countries and agencies. The overall aim is to provide better outcomes for people who use mental health and substance use services and their families.
In this session, CEO Steve Appleton, will share his experience leading this organization and the challenges he sees systems around the world navigating and what we can learn from them.
