Reducing staff turnover benefits service providers, their staff, their clients, and the health and well-being of the community. Practical strategies that are feasible, are cost effective, and have lasting effects are in demand. We will present how attendees may replicate and/or modify any of our program benefits to begin to build strategies that may have a positive impact on the workforce.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will discuss strategies to address recruitment and retention in the public behavioral health workforce.
Participants will identify resources required to implement the strategies.
Participants will analyze the costs required to develop a workforce stabilization program budget.
