Kaiser Permanente introduced a scalable system to measure the impact of training for mental health clinicians. Developed within Kaiser Permanente’s Post Master Associate Program framework, it links training engagement to clinician confidence, integration, and patient care outcomes. Using link tracking and program evaluation, the model captures short- and long-term indicators of effectiveness. Attendees will learn how to design meaningful metrics, conduct follow-up, and connect training to improved clinical performance and patient-centered care.
Learning Objectives:
Analyze the relationship between training participation and patient care outcomes, including clinical confidence, integration, and patient engagement.
Identify key metrics and tools used to track training engagement and clinician readiness in mental health settings.
Demonstrate how to implement a tracking model and program evaluation to examine short- and long-term impact of training curricula.
