Tuesday, April 28, 2026
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM MDT
Location: Screen 18, Exhibit Hall Poster Pavilion
This training introduces the Clinical PAUSE frameworkâa structured approach to integrating repeated measures and screening tools into behavioral health sessions. Clinicians will learn how to conduct focused 1:1 sessions that include symptom tracking, risk assessment, care plan updates, safety planning, and documentation of evidence-based practices. The PAUSE promotes patient engagement, supports early intervention, and ensures equitable, data-driven care.
Learning Objectives:
Explore the PAUSE framework to structure 1:1 clinical sessions that incorporate repeated measures, risk assessment, and collaborative treatment planning.
Discuss evidence-based screening tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, CSSRS) to monitor patient progress, reassess risk, and inform care plan updates.
Demonstrate clinical practices effectively using standardized tools to support quality care, demonstrate outcomes, and promote equity in behavioral health services.
