This poster will discuss that debriefings are not only needed when there is a critical or traumatic incident. The presentation will discuss different high adrenaline situations and how debriefing the individuals, including the crisis response teams, could lower burnout and mental fatigue. This presentation will discuss the different types of debriefings, the formal CISM and CISD structures as well as more informal supervision debriefing structures. There will also be information about signs of burnout included for supervisors and coworkers to watch out for should an early intervention be needed.
