They will leave with practical, evidence-based strategies to build resilience, restore balance, and sustain their passion for helping others.
Learning Objectives:
Identify the signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue and burnout in professional settings and distinguish them from general workplace stress.
Participants will learn practice tools for building emotional resilience, including mindfulness exercises and peer support systems, to prevent burnout in high stress mental health environments.
